Hello, I’m Andy Storch.
I’m a Performance Coach, Sales Leader, International Speaker, and proud Father and Husband. But you should know...
A few years ago I was working for a company that looked like a huge opportunity to many of my friends and family. But every morning, I’d wake up and feel like something needed to change.
After feeling that way for a few years, I did make a change.
I got an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business (where I was President of the MBA program) and left my job shortly after.
Since then, I’ve worked as a consultant, facilitator and sales leader at a leading consulting firm for 7 years, working with some of the top executives and globally-recognized brands. What I’ve found is that - no matter how successful they are - ambitious men experience the same issues. Whether they’re in charge of a Fortune 500 company, manage a regional team, or run a small business, they have many of the same challenges.
I’ve taught strategy, finance, and business acumen to business executives all over the world and have started or worked for multiple start-up companies. Some of my clients have included Salesforce.com, Oracle, Google, Box, Toyota, Genentech, State Farm, Red Bull, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, HP, Sony, Bechtel, Cisco and others.
As a sales leader, I’ve worked with top performers who needed a little help to close more deals. I’ve seen the changes that coaching can make with clients, co-workers, and members of my own team.
Most importantly, I’ve seen the changes in my own life that confirm the importance of making small, consistent changes to see huge results.
